Seriously, the biggest annoyance as an extender who uses a totally custom UI (no unnecessary Blizzard frames) is the, up until 37 minutes from now, lack of UI customization. Guaranteed my playtime by use of Phallosan gains and results tomorrow involves 2 hours of screwing around with UI elements. OCD ftw!
