Minimal All-purpose UI (high end PvP/Ops optimized)

I have ported it over to live. The main concept of this UI is a large toolkit (many features enabled), minimal footprint (scaled down), and clutter-free to allow for more screen real-estate. Includes:Minimal All-purpose UI (high end PvP/Ops optimized)
- 3 scaled down centered hotbars
- Left and right targeting displays with nested focus and target of target
- Two 4x3 hotbar for miscellaneous skills
- Tooltips integrated with minimap
- Visibility hotbar for tracking important CD's
UPDATE:
Tweaks for 4.0 KotFE; overhauled UI to focus on optimizations for ranked WZ and endgame ops performance (greater buff/debuff/CD tracking + castbar visibility)v3.0
-Many positioning tweaks
-Overhaul of raid frames/cast bar position/debuff visibility for focus target/ranked WZ usage
-Added final hotbar at top center to track long CD's, 8 slots by default, expandable to 12
-Scaled up minimap for better tracking/visibility

Change log is up for detailed info, but I've gone through and cleaned most everything, repositioned some stuff for visibillity/utility, and scaled down overall. If you notice anything out of whack or would like to see something changed, let me know.
